Terms of service

1. Orders. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Custom printed products are produced to the specification and artwork you approve at checkout; changes after approval may not be possible.

2. Artwork. You confirm you have the right to use all artwork, logos and trademarks supplied. We may refuse artwork that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.

3. Pricing. Prices shown are guide prices excluding VAT. The final quote, including VAT and delivery, is confirmed before payment. Prices may vary with material and finish choices.

4. Delivery. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

5. Faults. Report misprints or damage within 7 days of delivery with photos for reprint or refund. Custom products cannot otherwise be returned.

6. Liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by Irish law.
