Frequently asked questions
What's the minimum order quantity?
Most products start at 25 units. Larger quantities get a better unit price — the tier table on each product page shows exactly what you'll pay.
Can you design the packaging for me?
Yes — design setup is free. Upload your logo or finished artwork and we create a print-ready design with unlimited revisions before production.
How long does production and delivery take?
Typical production is 5–7 working days plus 1–2 days tracked delivery depending on product and quantity. Express production is available for urgent orders.
Do prices include delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over €150 in Ireland and the EU. Below that, a small flat delivery fee is added at checkout.
Are the prices shown final?
Product pages show guide prices based on the quantity tier. We confirm the final quote, including VAT, before you pay.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, PNG or JPEG at 300dpi. If you only have a logo, we'll build the artwork for you for free.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes — order the packaging sample pack to see and feel the materials, or request a sample of your specific product.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
Yes, we deliver across the EU. Delivery times outside Ireland add 1–3 working days.
